We post our prices because you shouldn’t have to guess. On all of our services and plans, the first two visits are two weeks apart. These are our 2026-2027 prices, and they’re the same in every town we serve, with no extra travel charge. Phone and email consultations are always free. If you’d like a licensed professional to come out and look, an on-site evaluation is $150.
Every price is backed by our price-beating policy: we’ll beat any state-licensed competitor’s advertised price or written estimate by at least 10%.
Organic general pest control plans
Interior and exterior service for insects and rodents (ants, spiders, wasps, stink bugs, boxelder bugs, lady beetles, mice, rats, cockroaches and more). Every plan starts with a $165 initial visit.

Summer insect building spray (exterior only)
April-October: $99 per visit. The outside of the building only, for wasps, spiders, ants and other outdoor insects.
Organic mosquito, flea and tick program
April-October, monthly, using our green yard fogger. The first two visits are two weeks apart. See program details.

Includes a three-month re-treat guarantee: if bed bugs are found within three months after the follow-up visit, we re-apply at no charge. The optional extension visit adds another three months.
Wildlife and stray cat removal
$625.00 flat rate: unlimited animals, 7-10 days of removal, trapping and baiting, with visits every 24-48 hours and no per-animal fees. See wildlife details and stray cats.
Real estate pest inspection (VA/FHA)
$175.00 for a wood-destroying insect inspection and report for VA and FHA loans, usually paid up front when you book. Not waived if you book treatment. See inspection details.

- Mole, chipmunk and ground squirrel programs: monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly programs, priced by the size of the area treated. See mole program details.
- Bat exclusion and bird removal: free phone or email assessment, then a quote. See bats and birds.
- Tree and shrub care: organic treatments for insect and disease problems, plus feedings (fertilization). Most packages are 3 visits, and the first two visits are two weeks apart. See tree care.
- One-time ant or wasp treatments outside a plan.
- Wildlife repairs: vent screens, chimney caps and attic cleanup.
- Skunks and voles.
